LDS Scriptures for Android Update 1.4 Released

Version 1.4 of the LDS Scriptures for Android app has just been released.


Release Notes:

  • Fixed issue with notes not appearing after they are created
  • Fixed issue with word highlights not working
  • Added ability to install the app on the SD Card (requires Android 2.2 or later to be installed on your device)
  • Added quick scroller to the Hymns section to allow you to quickly get to a song (don't need to manually scroll all the way down now)

• ePub Support! You can now upload ePub formatted content to LDSScripturesApp.com and download them into the My Library section of the app. Tens of thousands of free ePub books are already available on the internet, plus you can create your own using ePub creation software.

Apple has just approved the Spanish version of our LDS Escrituras for iPad application. Here are the release notes:

The Spanish version has all of the features of the English version of our LDS Scriptures for iPad app, but the content is in Spanish - the user interface has not been translated yet.

Android Scriptures Database Updated

The scriptures database for Android devices has just been updated. The next time you launch the LDS Scriptures app for Android, you should be informed that a new database is available. Once it's downloaded and installed you will now have access to all of the October 2010 general conference talks.
