i recently lost information from my phone and am trying to restore from an old back up that i did, but can't find anywhere how to apply it to the app. i know how to back up, but i can't find where to upload.
The backup file may be restored or copied on to any iPhone/iTouch device which has LDS Scriptures version 1.8.1 or later installed on it.
When you need to transfer the backup file to a device, the following steps must be performed:
1. The backup file must be copied to a publicly available web server.
2. A URL must be created which links to the backup file on the web server.
a. The format of the URL must be exactly as follows: ">Restore File
b. The in the URL must be replaced with the actual path to the file on your web server. For example: Restore File
3. Using the Safari browser on the iPhone/iTouch, navigate to the web page where the URL is located at and click on the Restore File link. Once clicked, the restore process should begin automatically.
NOTE: If you need to restore your backup data and do not have access to a web server, you may contact Standard Works for assistance by using our contact form located at StandardWorksApp.com
So I can't get the HTML code to show on the post but just email backup the nothing you have on the app and you will receive an email how to do it
BUT I MUST LET YOU KNOW THAT WITH FIRMWARE 3.0 ON THE IPHONE I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO RESTORE FROM A BACK UP!!
