Terry,
I'm concerned that development of the iPad app has now put the iPhone app on the back burner. It seems that fixes to the iPhone app are slower in coming. Are there that many iPad owners that use LDS Scriptures out there? I guess that I just need reassurances that I've invested my time into this app wisely and what to expect in terms of being patient. (Yes, I listened and read Pres. Uchtdorf's Priesthood Session talk. :) ) It just seems to me that there are way more iPhone users than iPad users and that there are a couple of serious bugs that still need addressing. And now the Church has come out with an iPhone app and will be developing it. I know that you are probably a one-man shop and there are only 24 hours in a day, but I'm starting to wonder if this app is going to remain competitive and bug-free in the future or is this another technology stepping stone for me to wait on a permanent solution.

Brad, Rest assured it hasn't
Brad,
Rest assured it hasn't stopped. We will be submitting the next update of the iPhone app to Apple tonight. It will have a few new features in it as well as the April 2010 General Conference talks. We have put a few features we wanted to implement on hold because we've been working on our data synchronization technology (so all your apps' data will automatically transfer between various devices and platforms).
SUPER!
SUPER!
That's great! Does that mean
That's great! Does that mean an iPad update will be submitted simultaneously?
The iPad update that added
The iPad update that added PDF support for the Church's content was released last night by Apple. The next update to the iPad app will add the April 2010 G.C. talks to it.
There are a couple of reported issues with the PDF support so we'll fix those as part of the next update as well.
