Just a note that Apple rejected the update so we had to resubmit it. Here's why:

The only way to create an account for the website now is through the app, but the reviewer went to the website instead and couldn't figure out how to create an account and therefore rejected the app. The app event prompts you to create an account when you run it.... We just resubmitted the exact same binary and are now including more instructions for the reviewer. I should have done that originally I guess, but I thought it was pretty obvious. I apologize for the delay.

On a side note, we've had a few complaints concerning the toolbars disappearing when entering landscape mode. That bug will not be fixed in the 2.3 update, but we will fix it in the following release.
