If you have some YBK files, try uploading a couple of them to the LDSScripturesApp.com website. It should attempt to automatically convert them into .bundle files for use within the app.
I still consider the YBK conversion to be in beta mode, so it isn't being officially announced. Please either send me a contact note or leave a response here to let me know if it's working/not working for you.
