I like to collect quotes that relate to the scriptures I'm reading. I get them from various books and it would be impractical to have all the complete books in the library, but I would like the ability to create files in my library that I can create references to from the scriptures. Currently, I add a quote in the footnotes section, but then in order to find them again I have to remember the verse that I attached them to. If I have another verse the quote would go well with, I have to either enter the quote in the footnotes of the other verse or link it to the verse with the quote already added. If I could create a document that I could reference, I could have all the quotes in a single document and reference them in my footnotes with a link.

Another solution might be to have a place in the Library specifically devoted to quotes, one where it basically had three fields, one for source, one for the quote, and one for tags. Then, you could create scripture chains through the footnotes that included specific quotes. Then, add a footnote section to the quote. It wouldn't need to be word specific like you have through the rest of the library and scriptures, just enough that you could link to the next scripture in your chain.
