iOS4 / iPhone 4 Ready?

I've heard that unless apps submitted for the newer OS multitasking will not be possible when iOS 4 comes out! Is this the case and will the app be ready for the newer update?

The multi-tasking works just
The multi-tasking works just fine with the current release. There are two known issues with iOS4 support. Both of them have been fixed and will be in the next update. The two issues are:
Pressing the ... button on the app's main screen crashes the app
The search Filter button doesn't work
