Automatic backup

I'm surprised this hasn't been mentioned before (I kind of assumed that it was already on the to-do list) but are there currently plans to have a setting to do automatic backups? I've had to reset my phone a few times, and more often than not I forget to make a backup of my scriptures, and it would be great if it just took care of itself. granted, I should probably just be in a habit of syncing every sunday before church...
