There isn't a setting for auto-scrolling.

I'll be submitting another update to Apple this week and the issue is fixed in it.

What is the 'Reverse Tilt

What is the 'Reverse Tilt Direction' in settings suppost to do. I had mine set to off and thought maybe the auto-scrolling problem happens when it is set on, but when I tried it on or off I see no difference in anything. My auto-scrolling still works.

Normally the tilt scrolling

Normally the tilt scrolling speed will increase as you tilt the top of the device towards you, but if you toggle the reverse tilt direction setting, it will then speed up if you tilt the top of the device away from you instead. Some people thought of it more like an accelerator pedal in a car, the top of the pedal goes away from you and it goes faster.
