Standard Works

For anyone that is interested, I couldn't afford many apps right after i bought the iPad so I use many iPhone apps still but with LDS Scriptures app I was able to use the iPhone version and use the FULLFORCE provided from Cydia. Essentially you get the app( doesn't work with all apps) force to full screen but without using the lame x2 pixels. You will not get any of the iPad features and UI in the iPad version of the app so if you want or need those then please buy it. But to get a full screen version saving a few bucks use full force in cydia as it works great.

I hope this doesn't detract from the developer or the iPad version, and if it does I will delete this post. I only post this as I feel all iPhone apps should have "basic" iPad support without having to buy the app again. In fact I think that Apple should have used the same method that fullforce does when possible. By basic iPad support I mean full screen, no UI changes, essentially minimal work needed on the developers side to make it full screen, so the developer loses no money and the buyer doesn't get forced into buying another version but gives the buyer the option to pay for the better iPad UI or stick with the slightly crippled iPhone UI on the iPad. In the case of the apps that fullforce works only a few generic strings of code are edited to get full screen support on the iPad.
